If you don’t use a steam cleaner, where does the dirt go?

We utilize a low-moisture method called S.E.T.T. (Soil Extraction Transfer Technology). We take the following steps for soil removal: Pre-vacuum to remove dry soil, apply cleaning solutions, agitate carpet fibers with a rotating carpet brush or pad for deeper cleaning, extract dirt and soil with bonnets specially made for carpets, carpet grooming to enhance the drying process. Certain stains and messes may require us to use other extraction methods.

Will you move furniture?

We work around the large and heavy furniture pieces. We want to prevent damage to your furniture and injury to our cleaners. Our goal is to focus on getting your carpets, tiles, and upholstery cleaned within the time frame of your appointment. We kindly ask that you remove small items from your floors and move the furniture that you would like out of the way. We thank you for understanding!

Are your chemicals safe?

Yes they are! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions. You, your family, and your pets will be safe during and after the cleaning process.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes we do! To ensure you receive an accurate quote, we ask that you schedule a free estimate. Please call (210) 505-6829 to schedule.

Do I have to vacuum before you clean?

It is not necessary for you to vacuum prior to our cleaning. We always pre-vacuum after our walkthrough/inspection. We do recommend that you routinely vacuum at least once a week.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and debit/credit cards. We do not provide change at this time. Thank you!
